All levels welcome, the emphasis is on fun and sweat. £6 per session
This is a non contact high intensity aerobic workout using boxing and boxing equipment at its core. Training to music to get your heart beat up, getting you fit in a fun environment under guidance from a head England boxing coach. You will burn calories like no other excercise class! (as shown in video). You will also learn how to land punches the correct way (self defence).
